Here are a few stories of what has been accomplished.

Nicaragua

Since 2010, individuals from Tribe 2220 have worked annually in Nicaragua in local barrios in various communities.  Projects have focused on providing for the needs of the marginalized including housing, food, water wells, sanitation, education, building projects (schools, houses, community centers, and latrines), clothing and school clothes for children.  Additional projects have included training in the area of micro businesses and business acumen.  In 2023, individuals from Tribe and several university students constructed homes, provided food bags and community feedings, hosted sports camps, and training in the area of micro businesses and business acumen. 

India

Projects focused on supporting victims of sex-trafficking.

PERU

In 2013, Tribe members worked in various Peruvian communities through a local ministry near Lima, particularly in Pachacutec and Santa Clara. Their projects included door-to-door outreach, implementing vacation Bible school curriculum, hosting community events, and organizing worship gatherings featuring choir performances, painting, and preaching.

North Africa

From 2020-2022, Tribe members worked in North Africa providing English language learning support.

South Africa

In 2013 and 2014, Tribe members worked in Zimbabwe, focusing on communities around the Matopo Hills. They partnered with a local church, engaged in church construction, built a playground for the community, and helped improve conditions at a mission facility. Additionally, they taught English in schools and facilitated visits from U.S. ministry teams.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

In 2008-2009, and 2011 and 2012 individuals involved with Tribe 2220 worked in Dominican Republic in various communities.  Projects have focused on baseball clinics, education, and working with school children.

Costa Rica

In 2010 individuals involved with Tribe 2220 worked in Costa Rica in various communities.  Projects have focused on basketball clinics, education, and working with school children.

Asia

Since 2022, individuals involved with Tribe 2220 work in Asia. Projects have focused on providing for the needs of the marginalized including housing, food, water education, and launching business including training in the area of micro businesses and business acumen. 

EUrope

Since 2023, individuals involved with Tribe 2220 work in Spain.

ISRAEL

From 2019-2022, Tribe members worked in Israel through baseball coaching.
